Architect Swapna Bhatkar:

Completed her Bachelor of Architecture from Bharati Vidyapeeth’s, College of Architecture – Navi Mumbai in the year 1997. In her professional career of 12 yrs she had great opportunity to work with some of the renowned architect like Pheroze Kudianawala, P. G. Patki and Prakash Mankar Hosmac India pvt ltd (Hospital designing firm) and have acquired designing and detailing expertise in hospitality and healthcare industry. Some of the projects in hospitality include Hyatt Regency at Kathmandu, Grand Maratha Sheraton at Mumbai, Country Inn & Suites at Jaipur, Radha Park Inn at Chennai, Hotel Golkonda at Hyderabad, VVT Hotels at Chennai and Sheesh Mahal, restaurant at Bangalore. Health care projects include Asian Heart Institute (Architecture + Interior Designing) , Saifee Hospital in Mumbai and 10 beds ICCU at Ratnagiri. To explore her potential in other sectors she has also design projects like Timex showroom, studios for STAR radio and Pinch Harmonics and an Architect’s office in Bangalore.

Mr. Darshan Bhatkar:

He is one of the founder of the company . He is a certified project management professional with a total of 13 years of experience. His current role is bussiness development and over all management of ADS

Mr. Shreepad Bhole:

Interior Designer / Estimation & Quantity surveyor

Bole has a total of 33 yrs of experience of which last 11 yrs in Interior designing and Quantity Surveyor. His major work involves interior design and execution for various Bank branches like Union Bank of India, Bank of India and IDBI (United Western). His quality surveyor experience includes projects for Viceroy Hotel group, Chalet Hotels (Raheja Group) and Four Seasons Hotel designed by H.L. Lim & LTW (Singapore based interior designing firm).

Ar. Uma Mayekar - Architect:

Completed her Bachelor of Architecture from Bhausaheb Hire , College of Architecture – Mumbai in the year 2002. In her professional career she has worked for Pheroze Kudianawala – Mumbai, Architect Hafeez Contractor- Mumbai & Kasian – Dubai UAE primarily on high rise residential towers, shopping malls and hospitality buildings etc.

Ar. Raseek Bhagat - Architect:

Completed his Bachelor of Architecture from Rachna Sansad, College of Architecture – Mumbai in the year 2007. He had worked for eminent architects like Ajay Lodha & Uday Dighe on various projects like Reliance Corporate Park at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai , Catering college OIDC, Silvasa , Café Bollywood – Big bazaar and various residential interior designing projects.

Ar. Kamlesh Gade:

Final year architecture student with Sir J. J College of architecture who did his Professional practice with our firm and continues to work for ADS. He did his thesis project on an Anti – Mall designed with sustainable architecture.

Mrs. Neeta Parab – Interior Designer:

Completed her Diploma in Interior designing – Mumbai in the year 1996. She has worked on large scale interior designing projects for Architects like Prakash Mankar & P. G Patki on projects like Ras Resorts at Silvasa, I.T. Office for M/S Reddington, G-2000 Multiplex at Pune, Blue fox Restaurant Hyderabad, Dar E Salam Coffee shop at Hotel New Africa.

Ms. Poonam Mayekar – Draughtsmen:

Completed her Diploma in Architectural draughtsmen from Gupte Academy, Dadar in the year 2008. Working with our firm for past 1year.
